Built to give homes to Veterans in Salem, Oregon, this 35 unit affordable housing project was completed in February 2024. We're thankful for our partners, the Family YMCA of Marion and Polk Counties for the opportunity to bring more affordable housing to our neighbors in the Northwest.
Courtney Plaza is an innovative and collaborative affordable housing development aimed at addressing the needs of homeless and low-income Veterans in Salem through 34 units of high-quality housing in a prime downtown location adjacent to the WWII Memorial and just blocks from the Oregon State Capitol.
Residents benefit from a comprehensive, informed suite of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Resident Services provided by the Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency’s ARCHES Project, a multifaceted program addressing housing instability and homelessness.
