The Spruce Point site plan includes four residential buildings featuring two and three-story garden-style walk-up apartments that seamlessly blend with the surrounding neighborhood. The apartments comprise a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments. All units will be equipped with air conditioning, dishwashers, washers/dryers, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, 9’ ceilings, energy-efficient lighting, and low-flow fixtures.
The community spaces are at the heart of this development, designed to foster a vibrant and inclusive community. These will include coastal landscaping, a beach-themed playground, a central community building, a community gathering area/plaza, covered bike parking, and convenient access to a city“pocket park” and walking trails.
