Brynhill Apartments is an affordable housing development project in North Plains that will feature a mix of one, two, and three, bedroom units for households earning at or below 60% AMI (as well as 12 units reserved for those at 30% AMI). The site will offer plenty of community-focused amenities including a community room, playground, outdoor gathering spaces, and bike parking.
Description of Project
A strong network of resident services and community partnerships supports this development. Brynhill is a collaboration with Centro Cultural, an organization focused on building systems to improve the health and economic mobility of underserved communities in Washington County. Residents will benefit from access to services like financial education, workforce training, youth development programs, and health and wellness resources.
Brynhill Apartments will be designed with Earth Advantage Gold standards - incorporating energy-efficient systems and sustainability features.
This development will be financed with LIFT funds, and address the critical need for affordable housing in Washington County, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment while promoting long-term stability and community connection.
