Description of Project
The Claxter Crossing Apartments in Salem, Oregon, provide 102 affordable one and two-bedroom housing units for individuals making 60% of Area Median Income (AMI). Units include balconies/patios, quartz counters, carpeted bedrooms, energy start appliances and low-flow fixtures for reduced utility bills. The site includes a laundry room, common area, playground and basketball court for resident recreation.
