With the support of the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA, this project is a multi-family affordable housing development focused on addressing the needs of low-income Veterans through 38 units of high-quality housing in Linn County. The new apartments will be affordable housing for Veterans who fit within the 60% average median income.
Description of Project
The building located in East Albany will consist of 38 one-bedroom apartments units on a .99 acre lot in Albany, OR. The three story building will have an elevator. The ground floor amenities include a community room, on-site leasing office, and service provider offices. The site amenities include a central courtyard with raised garden beds, seating areas, a bicycle storage room, and a parking lot with 58 spaces. Ground-breaking will take place in the summer of 2025
