Built to give homes to Serious Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) individuals in Hines, Oregon, this 20 unit affordable housing project was completed in 2020. We're thankful for our partners Harney County Senior Center for the opportunity to bring more affordable housing to our neighbors in the Northwest.
Description of Project
West Ridge Place is a twenty-unit (1BR & 2BR) townhome-style apartment for seniors and families in Harney County. Five units at West Ridge Place are dedicated to serving individuals with Severed and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) with support from Symmetry Care and Greater Oregon Behanvioral Health Inc (GOBI). West Ridge Place is the first new affordable housing development in the community in more than twenty years.
